Flavors that resist time thanks to simple recipes and great quality of raw materials. It is a simple cooking, with generally not too elaborate processes, which enhance the flavors of the raw materials.

Let yourself be led to the discovery of ancient flavors that have influenced the food and wine culture of Umbria!

Our proposals


Tastings
  • Oil, pulses, cereals and Chianina meat tasting. We will start with the oil tasting, introduced by an explanation of the organoleptic characteristics, cultivars, production processes and conservation techniques. A variety of pulses, cereals and vegetable salads will be served accompanied by white or dark wood-baked bread and torta al testo (local focaccia). A tasting of Chianina beef produced by the Alberti farm will follow. Matching wines: DOCG wines selected by the company.
