Umbrian Park "Aquilone" has everything: the sensations transmitted from its places of silence, the "natural smells"(the sage, thyme, juniper), walking/hiking or biking in the woods, by the discovery of the flora and wildlife (deer, fallow deer, mouflon, wild boar). Strong emotions are those that try chasing the traces of vegetation in the undergrowth or stand on a roof terrace (watch tower) where, in total comfort, you can "surprise" and "photograph" the passage of wild animals or birds (partridges , quail, etc..) catching the most rare habits and tones.

The vegetation of the park is even more remarkable not only for its beauty but for some botanical rarities that can fascinate even the experts. Intense aquatic flora along the waterways, along the river Fersinone, where you identify at least four species of willow, white, red, ashy and ripaiolo. For those who can grasp the details, we highlight next to the aromatic species, some unique flowers, orchids (like the pyramid), the flower of kelp, the sponge cuckoo. You can even see a tree with dimensions now rare in Italy, a monumental "ciavardello", but sporadic species of an extreme naturalistic value for its fruits which many birds and other small mammals eats throughout the autumn until January.
