Tasting of olive oil, pulses, cereals and 'Carne Chianina'
This tasting starts
with the oil introduced with an explanation of its cultivation,
processes and conservation techniques. Three types of
pulse/cereal soup are served accompanied by home baked
bread with organic flour and/or bread cooked in the
wood oven. Grill of "Carne Chianina" (a special
race of cows).
Wines matched are DOCG wines. Every tasting is combined
with an explanation of the methods of tasting and the
similarities and differences observed, smelt and tasted.
Cost of the tasting
is € 30,00 per person - minimum 4 participants.
